Elena Willing

Elena Willing is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in payroll management and compliance, currently serving as Resources Manager at Payroll Metrics since October 2024. Previously, Elena held the position of Payroll Manager at Arcare Aged Care, overseeing payroll functions and systems maintenance. With a long tenure at Monash Health from 2014 to 2023 as Payroll Compliance Team Leader, Elena specialized in ensuring payroll data integrity and compliance with legislation, while also developing training programs and managing direct reports.
