Jamie Phillips

Jamie Phillips, CPP, currently serves as a Healthcare Account Executive at UKG since October 2020 and has been a member of the American Payroll Association's National Speakers Bureau and Co-Chair of the Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force Healthcare Subcommittee since May 2014. Prior experience includes roles as a Healthcare Account Executive and Healthcare Lead Workforce Solutions Consultant at Kronos Incorporated from August 2015 to October 2020, and as the Director of Payroll Services at Cook Children's Health Care System from January 2010 to July 2015. Jamie also worked at HCA from January 2002 to January 2010 in various capacities including Payroll, HR, IT Customer Support, Education, and Project Management. Educational achievements include a Master of Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University (2018-2020), a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University (1991-2000), and a Master of Health Administration from Texas A&M University (August 2021 - August 2023).
