Lori Carter

Lori Carter, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Payroll and Labor in Finance at Guidehouse since June 2021. With extensive experience in payroll operations, Lori has previously held significant roles such as Finance Director of Payroll Operations at Hanger, Inc. and Director of Payroll at CACI. Lori's expertise is further demonstrated through a long-term position as a Subject Matter Expert with PayrollOrg, providing instruction and speaking engagements on payroll topics. In addition, Lori has contributed to payroll education at various institutions, including George Mason University and Prince George's Community College. Earlier career positions include Payroll Manager roles at Intelsat and Aerojet, as well as a General HR and Accounting Manager position at ATI.
