Henryk Ciejek

Henryk Ciejek, CISSP, currently serves as VP of Information Security at Payscale, where responsibilities include bootstrapping the Information Security program and establishing areas of focus such as Application Security and Security Operations. Prior to this role, Ciejek was the Information Security Officer at Payfactors, managing the functional aspects of Information Security prior to its merger with Payscale. Ciejek’s extensive background includes positions such as Vice President of Security at Kyruus, where oversight included HIPAA compliance and security for a high-volume EHR platform, and Senior Director of Information Security & Compliance at Bullhorn, overseeing security for over 100,000 users and numerous compliance programs. A strong foundation in technology and systems analysis was developed through earlier roles at Partners HealthCare, ProfitLogic, and Netegrity, building expertise in security, compliance, and performance testing throughout a diverse career in the information security domain. Henryk Ciejek holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a BA in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo.
