Martin Kairys is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in UX/UI design across various industries, particularly in financial technology and healthcare. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Paysend since May 2022, Martin has significantly enhanced user experience for international money transfers. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at Semble, where a comprehensive healthcare platform was improved, and co-founder of Repayoo, which focused on payment monitoring and recovery technology. Martin's past positions also encompass Lead Product Designer at Oxygen and Design Guild Lead at TransferGo, where leadership and user-centered design principles were employed to improve user interactions.
