Mostafa Khaled

Mostafa Khaled has worked for several companies since 2015. Mostafa started their career as an Administrator at Arabya Language Center, where they handled all media and public relations inquiries, booked accommodation for foreign students, and scheduled and coordinated appointments for students' courses. In 2016, they moved to e-finance as a Customer Support Specialist, where they answered phones and customer requests and complaints, provided accurate information and advice, and followed up on ongoing customer cases and communicated. In 2018, they joined Otlob as a Senior Customer Support, where they answered chat and e-mail to handle customers' requests and complaints, provided relevant solutions to make a good experience for the customers, and made a connection between the customer and the restaurant to provide high level of quality support. In 2020, Mostafa Khaled began working for talabat as a Partner Support Specialist, Customer Support & Escalation Specialist, and Account Advisor. Mostafa's roles included handling and solving issues from customers or restaurants, coaching the team to know how to handle complaints, and supporting the floor in case of team leader absence. Mostafa Khaled is currently working for PaySky as a Senior Operations Supervisor and for ON Market - Online Grocery Marketplace as an Operational Specialist.

Mostafa Khaled obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Ain Shams University between 2012 and 2016.
