Ann-Marie Smee

Ann-Marie Smee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ann-Marie currently holds the position of Strategic Accounts Director EMEA at Payslip, a global payroll control platform. In this role, they are responsible for standardizing and harmonizing global payroll operations through automation.

Prior to their current position, Ann-Marie served as the CEO at Benamic where they developed and delivered high-yield ROI global martech and promotional strategies for major MNO's. Ann-Marie also held the role of Global Sales & Business Development Director at Benamic, managing and implementing trade/consumer promotional campaigns for multinational corporations in over 100 countries.

Before joining Benamic, Ann-Marie worked at JPA Recruitment as a Recruitment Manager and Headhunter in Ireland and Scotland. In this role, they were the principal headhunter for executive and specialist roles and managed both the Scottish and Irish offices.

Ann-Marie's earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Aon Risk Services. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in strategy development, sales, business development, and recruitment.

Ann-Marie Smee obtained a Diploma of Education in Environmental Law from the Law Society of Ireland in 2021. Ann-Marie completed a Masters in Human Resource Management at the University of Limerick from 2008 to 2010, achieving a first-class degree. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies with German from 1997 to 2001, also at the University of Limerick, earning an Honors degree.
