Helma Buhr

Helma Buhr is a seasoned professional with significant experience in compliance and education management. Currently serving as Compliance Support Manager and previously as Compliance Research Analyst at PaySpace by Deel since January 2022, Helma has a strong foundation in compliance practices. Prior to this, Helma worked at Apax Leaders from March 2019 to January 2022 as Faculty Manager and Senior Teacher, leading training initiatives and familiarizing staff with company policies. Between July 2012 and February 2019, Helma held the position of Africa & Projects Support Team Manager in Customer Services at Sage, where management oversight was provided for operations across various African countries. Helma holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of Pretoria and a BCom Honours in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa.
