Jacklyn James, MHA

Jacklyn James, MHA, has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare industry since 2010. Jacklyn began their career as an Administrative Intern at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals in 2010. In 2015, they became a Certified Nursing Oncology Assistant at Renown Health. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Clinical Project Manager at The Well Care Group. In 2019, they took on the role of Medical Assistant at Spine Nevada Minimally Invasive Spine Institute. In 2021, they moved to Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) as a Project Management Specialist. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Payspan, now part of Zelis.

Jacklyn James, MHA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2018. Jacklyn then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University in 2021.
