Jean-Francois Tetreault has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jean-Francois is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at Paystone since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at InComm Payments from 2019 to 2022, where they held the position of National Sales Director. In this role, they led the National Sales and Account Management Team and was responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans. Jean-Francois also played a key role in building strong relationships with senior management and decision-makers at leading retailers. During their tenure, they significantly grew the revenue from $50 million to $1.25 billion in annual recurring revenue. Before joining InComm Payments, Jean-Francois worked at Molson Coors Beverage Company as a Key Account Manager and at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Category Manager.
Jean-Francois Tetreault received their Bachelor's Degree in Business from HEC Montréal in the years 2000 to 2003. Jean-Francois later pursued a College Degree in Business from Collège André-Grasset from 1998 to 2000. In terms of professional development, they completed an Executive Leadership Coaching program specializing in Performance Optimization and Leadership Development at Sage Alliance in the year 2020. Additionally, they attended a program focused on Leadership Conversations at The Humphrey Group in 2018. Furthermore, in 2020, they took a course titled "Positive Political Skills in the Workplace: Be a Strategic Player" at HEC Montréal.
