Mahmoud Gamal has a wealth of experience in operations management, customer service, and complaint handling from their time at Vodafone. Mahmoud currently holds the position of Head of Operations at PayTabs Global, where Mahmoud continues to drive key performance indicators for customer satisfaction. Mahmoud is a graduate of Cairo University and holds certificates in Sales and Marketing, as well as a diploma in Digital Transformation from Paris ESLSCA Business School. Mahmoud is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Digital Transformation from the same institution.
