Milica Gazivoda

Milica Gazivoda is an experienced business analyst currently employed at Payten since August 2023, while also serving as co-founder and CEO of Flash - Banking reinvented since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Milica held positions including Senior Officer for software maintenance and development at Adriatic Bank AD Podgorica, Senior Specialist for Digital Banking at Addiko Bank Crna Gora, and Information Technology System Analyst at CKB bank. Milica's earlier career includes a role as Software Development Specialist at Alkemy digital_enabler and expert associate for administration of software applications at Atlas banka ad Podgorica, where Milica also served as an Account Manager. Milica holds a Spec Sci of Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Montenegro and an MSc in Information Technology from the Faculty of Information Technology, University Mediterranean, Podgorica.
