Amanda Przybyla, RDN, LDN, CDCES, CCP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked at Grady's Grille, where they served as a Catering Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, Server/Bartender, and Hostess until 2015. From 2012 to 2014, they also held positions at Indiana University Recreational Sports as an Informal Sports Supervisor and Teaching Assistant.
In 2015, Amanda joined UChicago Medicine - Ingalls Memorial as a Dietetic Intern, where they gained extensive experience in clinical practice, wellness practice, and foodservice management rotations. Amanda also made significant contributions, such as developing the current menu for the Chicago Park District's Child and Adult Care Food Program. Amanda was involved in various initiatives and served as class secretary and social media coordinator for the 2016 internship class. Additionally, they presented a research-based nutrition topic on mindful eating and won the IAND 2016 Spring Assembly research poster session.
Following their internship, Amanda worked at Aramark Healthcare as a Clinical Dietitian and later as a Patient Experience Manager from 2016 to 2018. Amanda then joined Livongo in 2018 as an Expert Coach I, where they provided coaching and support to clients. In 2020, they transitioned to Teladoc Health as a Client Success Associate, and in 2021, they joined Paytient as a Senior Account Manager.
Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated expertise in nutrition consulting, client success, coaching, and account management. Their work experience showcases a strong commitment to promoting wellness and providing exceptional service to clients.
Amanda Przybyla, RDN, LDN, CDCES, CCP obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science with a focus on Dietetics/Dietitian from Indiana University Bloomington in 2014. Prior to this, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2009 to 2010 but did not obtain a degree, studying Architecture during that time. Amanda Przybyla completed their high school education at Marian Catholic High School from 2005 to 2009.
In terms of additional certifications, Amanda Przybyla received a Certified Food Safety Manager certification from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) in January 2014. Amanda achieved the status of Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in September 2016, as well as becoming a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist from the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in January 2017. Amanda further earned the title of Chronic Care Professional (CCP) from the National Health Coach Registry in June 2018 and became a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) from the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators in April 2019. Most recently, in September 2020, they obtained the ADCES Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) in Practice Certificate from the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists.
