Brian Whorley

Brian Whorley's work experience begins with their role as the Founder and CEO of Paytient, a population health platform focused on improving access and affordability of healthcare. Brian started this position in January 2018 and is currently still in this role. Prior to Paytient, Brian served as a Board of Trustees Consultant at Boone Hospital Center from March 2018 to August 2020. While at Boone Hospital Center, Brian held multiple roles including Director of Business Development and Planning from April 2007 to February 2018, Manager of OR Business from June 2010 to August 2015, Associate Project Manager in Administration from May 2008 to June 2010, and Process Engineer from April 2007 to May 2008. Additionally, Brian co-founded BigTree, a white-label software application for the on-demand delivery industry, in January 2007. This company was acquired in 2014. Prior to BigTree, Brian worked as an Engineer at 3M from June 2006 to April 2007.

Brian Whorley earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1999 to 2003. Brian later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, attending from 2009 to 2011.
