Jake O'Connor

Jake O'Connor is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Paytient since May 2025, while also mentoring startups at NextCorps. Prior experience includes roles such as Engineering Manager for Growth at Henry Meds, Software Engineering Manager at Visibly, and Head of Engineering & Technical Co-Founder at Innovia CoLabs. Jake has held leadership positions in engineering as VP of Engineering at Digifox and as a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead at AppForm, with earlier positions at Community Brands and AppForm, as well as a foundational role as a Fire Support Sergeant in the US Army.
