Jessica Baguchinsky

Jessica Baguchinsky is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the education and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director for the Mid-Market Northeast at Paytient since August 2024, Jessica builds collaborative relationships to support the mission of eliminating cost barriers in healthcare. Previously, as a Business Consultant at Sequoia Consulting Group from April 2022 to May 2024, Jessica contributed to tech-enabled solutions for employee benefits and workforce management. Jessica also has a long tenure at Paychex, serving from March 2007 to April 2022, where engagement involved leadership roles in the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce and other community organizations. Earlier experience includes teaching special education in Hawaii and elementary education in New Jersey. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, English from the University of Delaware, awarded in 2003.
