Shyam Chandra is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in financial services and analytics. Currently serving as Group Product Manager at Paytm Money since March 2023, Shyam previously held roles at IIFL Securities, including Deputy Vice President for Non-Trading Products and Senior Product Manager, where notable achievements included creating an industry-first WhatsApp account opening journey and enhancing CRM integration. Prior to IIFL, Shyam was a Senior Manager in Strategy and Analytics at IIFL (India Infoline Group), where valuable analytical frameworks for customer retention and cross-selling strategies were developed.
