Manjit Modi

Manjit Modi has extensive work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Manjit is currently working as an Associate Vice President of Technology at Paytm Payments Bank since October 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Operations at mCarbon Tech Innovations Pvt., Ltd. from July 2019 to November 2022.

Before joining mCarbon, Manjit worked at Nuance Communications as a Senior Manager in Operations for Subscriber Revenue Services (SRS) LOB from October 2017 to July 2019. Manjit was responsible for running 24x7 operations, ensuring service uptime, meeting SLAs, and collaborating with customers and internal teams.

From June 2015 to September 2017, Manjit served as a General Manager at mCarbon. Manjit also has experience with Nokia (previously Alcatel-Lucent) as a Deputy General Manager from August 2005 to May 2015. In this role, they were responsible for technical project management, talent acquisition, project delivery, and post-go-live operations.

Manjit began their career as a Junior Telecommunications Officer at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited from March 2003 to July 2005.

Manjit Modi completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Stanford University in 2020.
