Vikas Dhamija

Vikas Dhamija currently serves as the Vertical Head of Customer Care at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance since September 2022. Prior to this role, Vikas held various positions including General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Senior Manager - Operations at Paytm Payments Bank from August 2016. Vikas's earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Manager Corporate Card Operations at GE Capital from January 2007 to July 2016 and as an Officer handling Pre-Acquisition Frauds investigation for the Retail Card Portfolio at ABN Amro Bank for the year 2006. Vikas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak and an MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education.
