Amit Arora

Amit Arora has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the banking and financial industry. Amit is currently serving as a Senior Vice President & Business Head at Paytm. Prior to joining Paytm, Amit worked at Pine Labs as a Senior Vice President & Head- Retail from October 2019 to March 2023. Before that, they were the Business Head - Mortgage & Affordable Home Loans at Reliance Home Finance Ltd. from November 2016 to October 2019. Amit also held the position of Director - Mortgages at IDFC Bank from May 2015 to October 2016. Amit started their career at Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2006, where they held various positions including Vice President & Regional Manager- Liability Sales and Vice President- Home Finance. Amit has also worked at Citibank India as an Asset Counsellor and at Standard Chartered Bank as a Center Manager- Personal Finance.

Amit Arora completed the Strategic Leadership program at The Wharton School in 2019. In 2012, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow for a program in Strategic Management. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management from the Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development.
