Shagun Verma

Shagun Verma is a finance professional with extensive experience in business finance and investment research. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Business Finance and Investor Relations at Paytm since March 2022, Shagun previously worked at Goldman Sachs from April 2016 to March 2022, where roles included Associate and Analyst in India Financials, focusing on thematic research, stock idea pitching, and maintaining relationships with corporates and clients. During a summer analyst position at Goldman Sachs in 2016, Shagun contributed to sector initiation projects for large-cap Indian consumer sector companies. Shagun holds an MBA in Finance from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Hans Raj College, University of Delhi.
