Shivani Jha

Shivani Jha is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in product management, human resources, and community leadership. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Paytm, Shivani has held multiple roles, including Executive Program Manager and Category Manager for Men's Fashion, where responsibilities included managing brand relations and recruitment process improvements. Shivani is also the Chapter Lead for Women In Product in Delhi and actively engages with the Robin Hood Army and Womennovator to support underprivileged communities. Previous roles include Sr. Program and Community Manager at 91springboard and Product Manager at ReWello Wellness Solutions, complemented by an Engineer’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
