Leyla Demir Kalafat has extensive experience in the jewelry and retail industries, currently working in the Gold Production and Wholesale Department at Atasay since July 2022. Prior to this role, Leyla served as a Quality Control Specialist at Lizay Pırlanta from October 2020 to July 2022 and held the position of Chairwoman at The Sisterhood Special Day Planning from December 2018 to July 2022. Additional experience includes roles in jewelry labeling and transfer at Sade İş Mounting Jewellery, and serving as an assistant to the board at Istanbul Altin Rafinerisi. Leyla also worked as a senior executive assistant as a freelancer and has retail experience as an assistant manager at MANGO and as a department supervisor at Inditex. Leyla is currently pursuing a degree at Istanbul University, expected to be completed in May 2024, and holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University.
