Ingrid Heal

Ingrid Heal is the Head of Partnerships at Paytron. Ingrid has over 20 years of experience in payments and financial services, having worked at Mastercard for 17 years before joining MYOB Payments in 2018.

At Mastercard, Ingrid was responsible for the strategy and financial growth of the SME segment in the Australasia division. Ingrid drove sales and business development with partners to increase engagement & penetration into Business & Corporate Banking, analyzed, identified and established partnerships outside of financial institutions to increase distribution into the SME segment. Ingrid also helped businesses to develop their digital ecosystem.

In their role at MYOB Payments, Ingrid was focused on business development & partnerships to launch new payment services to internal and external customers to drive growth. Ingrid managed a portfolio of existing customers and launched a new B2B supplier payments segment.

Ingrid has now joined Paytron as Head of Partnerships, where they will be responsible for driving growth through partnerships and business development.

Ingrid Heal studied economics at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. Ingrid has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in economics and business economics.

They work with Stu Hallows - Chief Risk Officer, Nick C. - Head of Sales, Advisory. Their manager is Jaco Veldsman, Co-Founder.
