Betsy Balch

Betsy Balch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership, retail management, and arts administration. Currently serving as Product Owner - Custom Mobile at Paytronix Systems since February 2018, Betsy has successfully managed gift and loyalty card programs, optimized processes using Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and enhanced scalability and efficiency. Previous roles include Manager/Assistant Buyer at Whitney + Winston, where Betsy developed sales strategies and trained staff, as well as various positions in retail and the arts sector, such as Sales Lead Keyholder at Talbots and Exhibitions Intern at AVA Gallery and Art Center. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Wheaton College and studied at the International Studies Institute in Florence, Italy.
