Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as the Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from 2016 to 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
