Pallavi Goswami

Pallavi Goswami is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data products and analytics across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager at PayU since February 2022, Pallavi has successfully implemented a device fingerprinting system that significantly increased device capture data while managing a team of engineers and a data analyst. Prior to this role, Pallavi worked at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd as Manager of Product & Data Science, where a cross-functional team was directed to develop an AI-based logistics product that saved the company over $2 billion in costs. At Analyttica Datalab Inc., Pallavi served as Principal Analyst, developing predictive models that improved response rates for major clients in the BFSI sector. Earlier roles included Manager of Data Science & Banking Operations at ICICI Bank, where significant analytical projects improved employee performance forecasting and mortgage offers estimation. Pallavi began professional career as a Management Trainee at Bharti Airtel Ltd and holds an MBA in Marketing from IBS Bangalore, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from GNDU University.
