Tom Pierce

Tom serves as Chief Financial Officer of Payveris. He comes with a deep track record in acquisitions, capital raising and strategy in the software, fintech, telecom and financial services sector. Tom has previously held chief financial officer and corporate development executive roles within both private equity-backed companies and publicly-traded corporations. Over the span of his career he has also completed over 100 acquisition, growth capital, and venture investment transactions. His background also includes extensive experience in corporate strategy and executing acquisition-driven growth strategies.

Tom’s previous roles include serving as CFO of Nymbol Technology LLC, a SaaS-based payment processing and bank operations software company; as a principal at PTEK Ventures, the largest Southeast early-stage venture fund with notable investments including WebMD and WebEx; and in investment banking at Citigroup. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University. He also holds multiple financial industry and investment banking licenses including FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79.
