Amir Izzat

Amir Izzat has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance. Amir started their career as a Product/Quality Assurance intern at PETRONAS in 2019, where they gained hands-on experience in this field. Amir then interned at Setel, a petrol e-payment solution company, where they were responsible for tasks related to product and quality assurance. Following this, Amir joined Limkokwing University of Creative Technology as an Admin Executive & Tutor, where they handled administrative responsibilities including data entry. Amir returned to Setel as a QA Engineer, where they utilized their automation testing skills and worked extensively with Maven, IntelliJ IDEA, Java SDK, and Selenium. Currently, Amir is employed at Paywatch as a QA Engineer. The chronological order of their work experience is: PETRONAS (2019), Setel (2019), Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (2020), Setel (2020-2023), and Paywatch (2023-present).

Amir Izzat completed their Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) degree in Cloud Computing Technology from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology from 2016 to 2019. In 2021, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information and Communication Technology from the same university.

In terms of additional certifications, Amir obtained the Graduate Technologist certification from the Malaysia Board of Technologists in May 2023. Amir also received various certifications, including Introduction to Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2021, Behavior-Driven Development, Java: Build Automation with Maven, Learning Git and GitHub, Learning GitLab, API Testing Foundations, Awsome Day Online Conference, Test Automation Foundations, Agile Testing, and Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA from LinkedIn in 2020, and M001: MongoDB Basics from MongoDB University in October 2020.

Furthermore, they obtained a Teaching License-Standard (IPTS) from the Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi in July 2020. Amir also received the Chancellor's Award for Academic Excellence from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (Malaysia) in December 2019. Additionally, they completed the PETRONAS Internship Opportunity Program from PETRONAS in September 2019. Lastly, they obtained a Certificate of Achievement in International Business, Relations, Innovation & Tourism from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (UK) in May 2019.
