Alicia Collins

Alicia Collins has over 20 years of work experience. Alicia is currently the Director of Issuer Partnerships & Success at Paze™ since June 2023. Before that, they worked at Early Warning® as the Director of Customer Success from October 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Fannie Mae, including Senior Manager of Product Management from May 2013 to October 2021 and Senior Operational Risk Analyst from February 2008 to May 2013. Alicia also has experience as the Owner of First Steps Child Care from September 2005 to December 2007, a Human Resource Specialist at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP from August 2004 to September 2005, and the Director of College Programs at Heads Up from August 2000 to August 2004.

Alicia Collins earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their degrees, Alicia has obtained several certifications, including Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2021, ITIL Foundation - IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020, CPTD (Certified Professional Talent Development), formerly CPLP, from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2016, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2013.
