Ale Quintero is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ale held the position of Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together, focusing on innovative health and human services from April 2021 to June 2023. As Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, from March 2019 to April 2021, Ale contributed to reimagining health insurance. Ale's career also includes significant experience as the Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc. and as a Freelance Designer, where exceptional brand experiences were created for early-stage companies. Ale co-founded The Handsome Pig and collaborated with notable clients at Rehilete Estudio Creativo, delivering design work for major brands like Universal Music Group and MTV. Ale's design journey began with a professional practice at Fundacion Comunitaria Oaxaca A.C. and early work as a Junior Designer at Decofuego Chimeneas | Grupo Imaco. Ale holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
