Vaibhav Patil

Vaibhav Patil has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vaibhav started their career in 1999 at IBM as a Service Delivery and Service Excellence Consultant, where they successfully managed the service delivery support for critical corporate clients in various sectors. Vaibhav then joined Serviceberry Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2010 as a Project Delivery/Account Manager, where they showcased their expertise in managing the end-to-end project life cycle in ERP systems. During their time at Serviceberry, Vaibhav managed the successful delivery of over 30 projects, winning two individual performance recognition awards and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. In 2016, they joined PB Tech as an Account Manager - Commercial Business, where they continue to excel in their role.

Vaibhav Patil completed their Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in IT at the National Academy of Management Studies from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. These include HPE Sales Certified - Hybrid Cloud Solutions from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in July 2022, ServiceNow Fundamentals from ServiceNow in December 2021, ITIL V3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2014, and Prince 2 Practitioner - Project Management certification from APMG-International in October 2011.
