Tom Schroeder

Tom Schroeder currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Technology & Manufacturing Association (TMA) since March 2024. Since March 2008, Tom has held the position of Executive Vice President at PBC Linear, a Pacific Bearing Company, where responsibilities include implementing the CEO's vision and overseeing daily operations. Previous roles at PBC Linear include Vice President of Operations, General Manager, Small Assembly Supervisor, and HR Administrator, with a diverse background in manufacturing, design engineering, human resources, and business process development. Tom holds a B.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2007, and graduated from Rockford Lutheran High School in 2003.
