Maryn Wallace

Maryn Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maryn most recently served as the Director of Strategy & Innovation at PBC Solutions, where they focused on improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience in benefit services administration. Prior to that, Maryn worked at Deloitte Canada as a Senior Manager and Client Service Leader, where they played a key role in bringing the "One Deloitte" philosophy to life by collaborating with practitioners from different service lines to provide holistic solutions to clients. Maryn also co-led Canada's Best Managed Companies Program in the BC Region and served as a Coach and Advisor to participants. Before joining Deloitte, Maryn worked at THNK - School of Creative Leadership as an Engagement Director and Director of Strategic Partnerships. In these roles, they helped organizations embrace change, foster innovation, and build more inclusive and creative cultures. Earlier in their career, Maryn worked at United Way of the Lower Mainland as a Manager of Philanthropy and Senior Resource Development Strategist, where they led strategic campaigns and developed relationships to raise funds and awareness for various social challenges. Maryn's work experience also includes a role as a Development Officer at The University of British Columbia.

Maryn Wallace completed the Executive Leadership Program at THNK School of Leadership from 2015 to 2016. Maryn also holds a BA in Sociology from The University of British Columbia. Additionally, they obtained the Certified SAFe\u00ae 6 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2023.
