Currently serving as the Director of Technology and Architecture at PBF Energy since January 2013, Debbie previously held senior roles at Bank of America as SVP of Retail/LAS Risk Technology and at KPMG as an IT Management Consultant, focusing on enhancing data center operations and IT security. Notable positions also include SVP Development at the NY Board of Trade and SVP Interest Rate Product Development at eSpeed - Cantor Fitzgerald, where management of trading systems was key.
