James Derogatis

James DeRogatis has extensive experience in tax roles, working for various companies throughout their career. James started as a Senior Accountant at Ehrenkrantz and Company CPA's, where they were responsible for preparing tax returns for over 50 companies and supervising audits. James then worked as an Associate Tax Manager at The Prudential Insurance Company of America, where they calculated and prepared tax forms for consolidated returns and foreign tax credits. James later became an Assistant Manager at Foster Wheeler Corporation, handling foreign compliance, research, planning, and implementing tax reporting systems for controlled foreign subsidiaries. DeRogatis then moved on to Telcordia Technologies Inc as a Senior International Tax Manager, managing international tax issues and supervising a tax staff. James worked at Hess Corporation as a Sr. Manager, Corporate Tax, where they were responsible for all aspects of tax compliance for over 300 entities and served as a project manager for international tax compliance. James then joined Prudential Financial as a Tax Director, specializing in international tax. Their current role is as the Tax Director and Head of Tax at PBF Energy.
