Rick Shih

Rick Shih has extensive experience in air quality, climate change, and environmental services. Their roles have included being a Carbon Compliance Manager at PBF Energy, a Senior Environmental Engineer at Shell and Yorke Engineering, LLC, a Program Director at ERM, and an Air Quality Engineer at URS Corporation, IT Group, and Parsons. Rick holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
