Bruce A. Jones

Bruce A. Jones has approximately 32 years of experience in energy related industries, including 19 years in refining and distribution. From May 2006 until February 2010, Mr. Jones served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Petroplus during its acquisitions of four European refineries. Since February 2010, after leaving Petroplus, Mr. Jones has been retired. Prior to Petroplus, he served as Vice President Environmental Health and Safety for Premcor until its sale to Valero in August 2005.

Mr. Jones previously held various positions with Phillips, Tosco, Exxon and Public Service Electric and Gas Company. Mr. Jones has extensive experience in the energy industry, including refining and distribution operations with a strong basis in safe and environmentally compliant operations and for these reasons Mr. Jones is a valuable member of our Board of Directors.
