C. Erik Young

C. Erik Young was appointed a Director of our general partner in October of 2016. Mr. Young has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of our general partner and of PBF Energy effective April 1, 2014. Mr. Young previously served as Director, Strategic Planning at PBF Energy since December 2010, where he was responsible for both corporate development and capital markets initiatives for PBF Energy. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Young spent eleven years in corporate finance, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions roles across a variety of industries. He began his career in investment banking before joining J.F. Lehman & Company, a private equity investment firm, in 2001.
