Michael D. Gayda

Michael D. Gayda was appointed a Director of our general partner in 2013. Through the end of 2014, Mr. Gayda served as President of PBF Energy Inc. and PBF Logistics LP. Mr. Gayda joined PBF Energy Inc. as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in April 2010 and has served as its President since June 2010 and was a director from inception until October 2009. Prior thereto, from May 2006 until January 2010 Mr. Gayda served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Petroplus. Prior to Petroplus, he served as an executive officer of Premcor until its sale to Valero in August 2005 and as General Counsel — Refining for Phillips 66 Company, a division of Phillips Petroleum Company, following Phillips Petroleum’s acquisition of Tosco in September 2001. Mr. Gayda previously served as a Vice President of certain of Tosco’s subsidiaries.
