Irina Batchelor

Irina Batchelor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, event management, and people and culture leadership. Currently serving as the People and Culture Lead at PBG, Irina focuses on fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workforce. Previous roles include Sales Director and Senior Sales Manager at Encore Event Technologies US, where Irina developed strategic sales initiatives and cultivated strong relationships across diverse teams. As an Event Manager at Toolbox Pilates Art Studio, Irina successfully expanded the venue's offerings and enhanced client engagement. Additionally, Irina has held positions in public relations and product management, building partnerships with major corporate clients. Irina holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from New Bulgarian University.
