Nirupa Mittapalli

Nirupa Mittapalli, an ITILv4 and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), has extensive experience in IT Change and Release Management, currently serving as an IT Change and Release Manager at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency since April 2021, where responsibilities include revising and maintaining Change and Release Management plans in alignment with ITIL best practices and enhancing enterprise tools like Rational Jazz and ServiceNow. Prior to this role, Nirupa worked at Trinity Health from 2010 to 2020, implementing Agile methodologies and managing strategic change initiatives as part of the ITSM team, alongside previous positions in quality assurance and testing across various organizations, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Thomson Medstat. Nirupa holds a degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
