Jennifer Noble is a Hazard Communication Specialist at PBI-Gordon Corporation since February 2022 and serves as an Emergency Dispatcher at Higginsville Police Department from 2018 to present. In this role, Jennifer operates a 911 multi-line phone system for dispatching police, fire, and EMS services while effectively communicating critical information under pressure.
