Richard B. Chalker joined the PBI-Gordon Board of Directors in 1994. A graduate of Yale University and DePaul University School of Law, Mr. Chalker served as Vice President of the Tax Division of Hallmark Cards, Inc. until his retirement in 2004. He also serves as Director of QC Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCCO) and GuildMaster, Inc.
