David Bosley has held various roles in the marketing and operations industry since 2007. In 2007, they were a Circulation Promotions Coordinator at Here Media, Inc. where they managed circulation marketing for Out, The Advocate, and specialty magazines. David developed and managed national print and digital advertising campaigns, including social networking, and analyzed and prepared circulation reports on new subscriptions, renewals, gross per issue, paid per issue, inserts, email blasts, and online advertising campaigns. Through their efforts, they increased circulation from 330,000 to 370,000 for a 12% growth rate by growing direct mail, offering digital magazines, and cross-marketing on out.com and theadvocate.com. David also lowered the average cost per customer by 62% from $21 to $8 through online advertising.

In 2008, David Bosley was a Program Manager at AIG, where they managed a DTC P&L with a budget of $6.8 million and projected revenue of $2.7 million. David analyzed and developed reporting to project forecasts with targets of 12% ROI and 30-year PM, and managed telemarketing and direct mail campaigns for Essential Health and On the Road Essentials. David also collaborated with product managers to develop new supplemental accident and health products. Through their efforts, they helped grow the DTC division by 323% from $1.

In 2010, David Bosley was the Director of Marketing / Operations at 1800AnyLens, Inc. and the Director of Marketing at ExcelVision. At 1800AnyLens, they managed daily e-commerce activities of 1800AnyLens.com, supervised teams to ensure efficient customer purchases, refunds, returns, payment processing and shipping fulfillment. David increased sales through SEM, SEO, email marketing, group buying, remarketing, banner ads, affiliate marketing, referral links, partnerships, co-branding, and developed and executed national marketing advertising campaigns. David also created and grew the company’s social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Google + and Pinterest to drive fan base and increase brand engagement. David reduced customer service costs with click-to-chat software, evaluated monthly financial P&L reports, expanded high-performing marketing activities, tweaked underperforming campaigns, mapped out all call possibilities and reduced call abandonment rates, and minimized average hold time.

In 2011, David Bosley was the CMO & Managing Partner at PBJ Marketing. David lead a talented group of 20+ individuals across a variety of disciplines including Paid Media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads), Programmatic Media Buying, Email Marketing, SEO, Content Writing, User Experience, Graphic Design, Web Development and App Development. David was Google Ads Certified and Microsoft Bing Ads Certified, and provided strategic digital consulting to B2B and B2C mid-size to enterprise-size clients.

David Bosley has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU Stern School of Business, with specializations in Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Global Business which they obtained between 2010 and 2014. David also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. In addition, they have obtained a number of certifications, including Native Advertising Strategy Expert and Native Performance Expert from Outbrain Academy in November 2022, Bing Ads Certified from Microsoft in November 2013, Google Adwords Certified from Google in November 2013, and Google Ads Video Certification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in July 2022.
