Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Kansas State University and an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Butler Community College.

PB&J are also experts in catering, with more than 4,000 events each year, hosting events as large as 25,000 guests. PB&J has catered for President Bill Clinton, President George W. Bush and was recently named one of Kansas City’s Top Three Caterers by Ingram Magazine. PB&J is a restaurant company, and whether it is at one of the fabulous restaurants or a workplace café, or a retirement home, each guest is treated as if they are dining in our first restaurant.
