Michael Glaze

Michael Glaze serves as the Founder and CEO of RYPT since March 2022, focusing on helping individuals and groups realize and achieve their full potential. As the Founder and CEO of Michael Glaze Leadership since July 2020, Michael also holds the position of Training and Organizational Development Advisor for the Personnel Board of Jefferson County, facilitating comprehensive training programs for a significant audience. Additionally, Michael is a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with Maxwell Leadership, delivering customized training solutions. Previous roles include leadership positions at Birmingham ATD and extensive human resources management experience at Lowe's Companies, The Home Depot, and Marriott International. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness/Coaching from the University of North Alabama and an Associate of Science in Education from Calhoun Community College.
