Ellen van Tongeren-Hartman

Ellen van Tongeren-Hartman is an experienced HRM adviser currently serving at Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving (PBL) since August 2020, where responsibilities include advising various sectors and acting as a prevention officer. Prior to this role, Ellen held HRM advisory positions at Rijkswaterstaat from January 2013 to August 2020, providing management support on HRM topics with a focus on integration within the organization, and at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate from October 2004 to December 2012 as a senior P&O adviser.
