Lance A. Moen has extensive work experience in the engineering and environmental field. Lance A. worked as a Project Environmental Engineer V at PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc. from 2016 to the present. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at DeNovo Constructors, including Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer, where they managed concurrent projects and provided engineering support. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as an Associate Project Engineer at Weston Solutions, Inc. where they delivered environmental engineering consulting services. Lance A. also worked as an Environmental Field Technician at Industrial Hygiene Services Corporation from 2005 to 2006, providing project oversight and support for industrial hygiene projects. Overall, Lance has developed expertise in areas such as storm water modeling, grading, permitting, waste management, demolition, and site restoration.

Lance A. Moen, P.E., LEED AP completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis from 2001 to 2005. In November 2012, they obtained the Professional Engineer certification from the State of Oregon, followed by the Professional Engineer certification from the State of Illinois in June 2012. Additionally, they completed the 40-hour Hazwoper Training from OSHA in October 2007 and the 30-hour Construction Safety Training from OSHA in June 2007.
