Joann Bourne

JoAnn Bourne is an accomplished independent director with extensive experience in financial governance and community service. Currently serving as Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach, JoAnn also holds positions at PBS SoCal, Venice Family Clinic, and previously with Women Founders Network and Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation. Prior executive roles at MUFG and Union Bank included oversight of corporate governance, strategic planning, and global treasury management. JoAnn Bourne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University.
